Maggie is 4 months old!!!! WOW!! She's SOOOO sweet!! She just flashes smiles all the time! I finally ordered her birth announcements!!

HOW SWEET IS SHE?!?! I could just eat her up!!!

We went for Maggie's 4 month check up on my sister's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARA!! Maggie weighed in at 13.9 lbs and measured 25 inches!! She is mainly wearing 3, 3-6 and some 6 months clothes. Shots were AWFUL!!! She cried and whimpered FOREVER!! It broke my heart!! SO SAD!!! We love Dr. Stewart. She is so loving. She confirmed what I suspected - Maggie is teething. She is drooling and gnawing on her hands constantly! She also encouraged us to start rice cereal. (of course the pictures are out of order)

Maggie has come a LONG way! She is doing SO much better at nap times. She has pretty well gotten on the Eat Activity Sleep cycle. Usually, I swaddle her, pop in her pacifier and she's ready to nap. It's such a relief (I was worried we'd NEVER get there!) However, she is getting a little restless at night time. I'm praying it's just a phase and she'll get back on track.

When Max was a baby we used an AWESOME swaddle blanket - the snug-n-tug. I called it the baby straight jacket. Max NEVER broke out. So, I stocked up on snug-n-tugs for Maggie. Well, when she was first born she screamed as though someone was physically harming her if her arms were swaddled. Well, now she can't really go to sleep without being swaddled because she just chews at her hands. She busts out of that blanket EVERY TIME she sleeps. It does not matter how tight I swaddle her - it's CRAZY!!!! I just don't know how she does it!

Maggie is COMPLETELY infatuated with Max. She just crains her neck to follow him where ever he goes - even behind her. Well, he loves her just as much. He loves to sit in front her. He will just smile and laugh at her which IMMEDIATELY makes her smile and laugh in return. SO sweet!!

Sibling Love!

Max is really a great big brother. Anytime Maggie is fussing, he will run to her and sing either Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star or Hush Little Baby Don't you Cry. It is precious! I am seriously overwhelmed EVERYDAY with how blessed I am. I thank God daily. They just warm my heart!
