Henry baby is 2 months Old

Sweet Henry turned two months old yesterday. Poor Max had strep and Maggie escaped to Pine Bluff.

Henry went for his 2 month check up and weighs 14 lbs and 9 oz. He has gained over 6 lbs since birth!  He wears 3 mth clothes but some 6 month - it all depends on the brand.

He is sleeping in his bed at night but still wakes up to eat. I can't complain because he eats and goes right back to bed.

We are working on napping in his bed. He likes to nap in the swing or car but his favorite napping spot is still my arms!

Maggie had her first manicure and LOVED it. She needed some mommy time and we had lots of fun!

She loved it so much she wanted to go back the next day. Maggie is a quick learn. First thing this morning she asked to go back to get her nails done and I told her it cost money and she said daddy has money. So she runs to our room and comes back to tell me he said no (he was still asleep). Then she gets the stool and says it's ok I'll just get his money and took the stool to our room to try and get his wallet. He wakes up and she explains she needs money and he gives her a coin and she promptly tells him (and pretty annoyed, I might add) that's not enough that she needs dollars. T-R-O-U-B-L-E but gave us a good chuckle to start our morning. We love our moo moo girl. She keeps us on our toes!!

Enjoy some pictures!!

He sure is in this house!!

Talk about sweet dreams. ;)

Here he is after his shots today - doesn't look too happy

Have a great week!!  Hugs!

Maggie Moo Moo

Maggie is such a colorful little girl. She keeps us on our toes. The things that she says crack me up. She calls hand sanitizer "germ juice" and if she wants you to pause the tv she asks you to "remote" it. Today I was trying to console a fussy Henry and I asked Hebry what was wrong, Maggie, very matter-of-factly, commented, "He can't talk." Little smarty pants!!  After she got her cast when she broke her arm, I asked her if she needed some Tylenol to make her feel better and she answered no but lipstick would make her feel better!  She loves playing dress up and anything that sparkles. She loves make up and playing with any type of doll. Maggie loves playing house and is constantly asking when can she have a baby. (She wants to name the baby Max). She loves her tea party set from Sugah. She is ALL GIRL!

Maggie loves to snuggle. She loves her daddy and always wants to be in his lap.

Maggie loves being a sister. She looks up to max and wants to do anything he is doing. He gets so annoyed when she copies him but does ok most of the time.

She also loves Henry. She wants to love on him all time.

She had her first real hair cut last month to try and fix the hair cut Max gave her. Her hair is still really wild and hard to tame. Poor Max and Maggie haven't had great hair as toddlers. Hopefully Maggie's hair will fill out like Max's did about this time.  Maybe henry will have better luck. ;)

She is smart little girl too. She pays lots of attention to things around her.  We started flash cards with her and even max is doing the cards with her. It's really sweet watching them do the cards together.

Maggie is 36 lbs and I think 3 feet 3 inches tall. She is mainly wearing 4t clothes. She sleeps in Max's bottom bunk and is a great sleeper. She still takes a good nap each day.  She's trying really hard with the potty training and will go days with no accidents and then will have days with nothing but accidents. But the urologist says not to press the issue that her body can only do so much. So we are trying to be patient.

We just love her to pieces!!

Sweet mommy Maggie reading her babies a book.

Have a great week!!  Love and Hugs!!

Two weeks old

Our sweet little Henry turned two weeks old Thursday. He is still a very sweet baby. He really only cries when we change his diaper and if he doesn't eat immediately when he wakes up. (If he's awake he really thinks he should be eating.). I still hold him a lot - I just can't help it!!

My beautiful baby boy sleeping.

Henry needed some follow up because the drs heard a murmur and today we had a dr appt at Children's. The cardiologists think it's a murmur that's very common in newborns and just hasn't corrected itself. They are not concerned but want to see him back in two months just to listen to his heart to make sure the murmur has corrected itself.

He was watching the family feud with me. We love Steve Harvey. ;)

He's grown a little over an inch in two weeks and has passed his birth weight. He weighs 8 lbs and 13 ozs.  His bilirubin levels went higher than Max or Maggie (they got to 17) but it's finally going down. He's still a little yellow but it's a pretty yellow. He looks tan ;).

He was taking care of his business ;)

Just a quick update of my baby boy. Have a great weekend. Henry's birth brought the hogs their first road win out (they had not won on the road in their last 70-something road games - pathetic). So here's hoping Henry can bring them good luck tomorrow!!

Sucking his thumb like his big brother

Another First for Max

Max lost his first tooth today!!  His tooth has been loose for a few weeks and it finally came out today. He did have a bit of help. He was wrestling on the trampoline with Bernie Fox's older brother, Tony, when Tony's knee knocked Max's tooth out!!  The Fox's neighbor, Henry McFarland, (I went to high school with his mom, Cathleen) found the tooth for Max. What a sweet little memory!!

Here's my sweet boy - minus one tooth.

Henry Wayne McNulty

Our sweet Henry made his debut Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 9:54 am. He weighed in at 8 lbs and 6 oz and measured 20 inches long.
So far he has been such a sweet baby. His delivery was finally a normal c-section delivery (as compared to Max and Maggie).

He has such sweet features. When he was first born he looked just like Max but now he looks like Henry. There are times he resembles Maggie. His baby pictures look similar to Max and Maggie but he's just our sweet Henry.

Each of my children brought snow when they were born and Henry was no exception. It snowed the day he was born and it REALLY SNOWED the Friday after he was born.

Max and Maggie stayed at our house with Sugah. We appreciate her so much for keeping them and on their normal schedule while we were in the hospital.
They love him. Maggie held him first and said, very matter of factly, "I like him.@. Max is obsessed with him. He is a very proud brother. It's sweet.

We have had a great first week. Henry basically sleeps, eats and fills his diaper. He is a great cuddler and I hold him all the time. I just can't help it. He really only cries when he is hungry or getting his diaper changed. He HATES having his diaper changed - I mean hates it!!

My mom has been a great help. I don't know what I'll do when she leaves Sunday. Say a prayer for us.

Enjoy these pictures of my sweet baby boy!!

Hugs and love

This is Henry

Here is Max
They are definitely brothers!

We are so blessed!!

McNulty, Family of 5?

This poor neglected blog. It's been so long since I've last updated that the blog doesn't even know that baby three is on the way - not only is baby number 3 on the way baby boy Henry will be here in 13 days!!!  At first, I didn't post because we were waiting until we were out of the first trimester to tell everyone beyond family and close friends and then time just got away.

This pregnancy has really been pretty easy. We've had some ups and downs but overall this pregnancy has been more like the easy one I had with Max rather than the rough one with Maggie. We can't wait for Henry to join us.

Max and Maggie continue to keep us on our toes. Max loves school. He is doing great with his sight word and is reading age appropriate books. He is such a joy. He is still very loving and loves to snuggle.  He is so sweet to always hug and kiss on us.  It's very sweet.  He gets so excited about each new interest. He loved soccer this fall and cannot wait for spring soccer to start. He also enjoyed football season this year. He would sit and watch games and ask lots of questions. His favorite team is the Broncos. He recently learned to dribble and that's ALL he wants to do. I didn't really mind the soccer games in the house but basketball is a different story. He's also become quite obsessed with playing video games on Kelly's phone. Kelly is amazed how good Max is at the games and Kelly gets frustrated that he can't beat Max's score. It's pretty funny.  He has his first loose tooth and is super excited about it. I just love the excitement that comes with each new adventure.

Max did his first 5k together. He had lots of fun!  I hope exercise is something we keep doing together!!

Maggie is fast on his heels. If Max is doing something then you better believe Maggie is either doing it or attempting to do it too. She is such an independent child and very head strong. Sometimes I don't know if she is three or thirteen. Maggie, like Max, is very loving. She crawls in bed with me and will ask me to roll over to snuggle her. She will rub on my cheeks and give me kisses. I wish she would stay this way forever. She loves her Mother's Day out program and would go every day if possible.

Parenting is definitely the most challenging thing I've ever done and I'm amazed (and a little anxious) we are going to start fresh.  But then there are days like yesterday where you watch your children play pretend and pretend to be the mommy. I watched and listened to Maggie play with her babies. She was so gentle and very loving. I heard her tell her babies the same things I say to Max and Maggie. It made me think that maybe we are doing ok. :)

Maggie still takes a daily antibiotic. She tried to potty train and does really good with the potty part. She still just has some issues and we have to be patient. The urologist specifically told us not to push potty training with her right now because of her reflux. The blog also doesn't know that Maggie broke her arm right after Thanksgiving. Poor moo moo had a rough 2013. She is out if the cast now and will hopefully be out of the brace and fully healed by the end of the month.

After getting the cast, I asked if she wanted some Tylenol to feel better and she told me no but that lipstick would make her feel better. I really wonder about her sometimes ;). Of course, she for lots of lipstick but she may need some lessons.

Hopefully with our new baby boy coming more blog posts will be forthcoming!

Say a prayer for us.

Hugs!
